QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION

How do I apply?
Once you've found a position that interests you, you can apply either through our quick apply option by completing the online application form or by creating a candidate profile in our system. Creating a profile allows you to view the current status of your application, submit any additional documents directly via the portal if necessary or apply for future vacancies without having to re-enter your information. When you use the quick apply option, a candidate profile is also created for you in the background - in this case, the email address provided in your application will serve as your username.

Which file formats are accepted for the application?
DOCX, PDF and JPEG are accepted.

What is the maximum file size for application attachments?
The maximum file size is 10 MB per file, with a combined upload limit of 20 MB across all files.

What documents should my application include?
To help us get a comprehensive picture of your background, experience and qualifications, we encourage you to submit the following documents: a current CV, a cover letter outlining your motivation and relevant certificates and references.

Can I review or edit my application after sumbitting it?
If you wish to make changes to your application, you can do so at any time via your candidate profile.

Can I apply by post or email?
We only accept applications via our online application portal. This enables us to process your application more quickly and efficiently. Applications submitted by mail can't be considered and will be securely disposed of in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How can I withdraw my application if I change my mind?
If you wish to withdraw your application, you can do so at any time via your candidate profile or by sending us an email

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE JOB INTERVIEW

How can I prepare for a job interview?
To make a great impression at your job interview, it’s best to familiarise yourself with our company values and culture beforehand. Our website and social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and others) are ideal for this. Feel free to also research the relevant department and their current projects, so that you know exactly what the role entails. Also, think of a few questions that are important to you. If the interview is taking place on site, have a look at the site map in advance so you can find your way around our campus easily. For online interviews, please make sure your equipment (internet connection, camera, microphone) is working perfectly.

What happens if I’m invited to a job interview but am unable to attend?
